Paul has a broad range of experience in diverse industries cutting across public and private sectors. He has wide ranging legal expertise in all areas of commercial law and corporate governance. As Soda’s Non-Executive Legal Director, Paul brings this invaluable wealth of skills and knowledge to Soda’s board. At Business Link for London he is Company Secretary and General Counsel. Paul has an Honours degree in Law and is a member of the Bar of England and Wales and has served as a magistrate since 1990.
