Profile of Paul Dyson, Agile Practitioner
Paul was one of the early adopters and pioneers of Agile approaches to software development. Paul was particularly attracted to Agile because it recognises and promotes the unique aspects of software development in teams, particularly the emphasis on the creativity and capability of software developers.
Paul spends most of his time working as a consultant to large corporate organisations but has enjoyed providing advice and encouragement to the Soda development team for the past few years, culminating in Soda’s adoption of Agile processes for design and development.
